IREKS at the iba 2018

Passion and a love of baking – this is what visitors to the IREKS stand can experience live in Hall B4 at the iba in Munich from 15th to 20th September 2018.

Baking is a craft with a great tradition. Passion, skill, an awareness of quality and complete dedication are as important today as in the past to be able to make really good bread and baked goods. If someone loves what he is doing, then he will also achieve this – then, just as now and in the future.

But to work successfully, it is equally as important to be open for something new, to let one's creativity run free and to be inspired by current trends. Therefore, with passion and with a love of detail, IREKS creates products and recipes with which bakeries can strengthen their artisan identity and realize trendy ideas for their customers.

New links between tradition and innovation are also at the centre of attention when IREKS is on show at the iba in Hall B4 | Stand 330 this year.

At three activity areas, visitors have the opportunity to have an exchange with experts, they can watch the specialists from IREKS at close range during the production of delicious baked goods and can convince themselves of the high quality of the products. Here, focus is placed on topics which provide numerous new ideas, from the preparation of attractive snacks via the processing of special types of grain to the creation of sweet temptations, to those people interested for their individual product portfolio.

Even although each area is its own separate island of inspiration, the three zones have one thing in common: They all show what connects IREKS to the profession – a great deal of passion and a love of baking!
