The baked goods become finer, more tender and have a pleasant taste of quark. Over and above, raisins marinated with rum are also contained in the Topfenradl. Flavourings of lemon and vanilla round off the taste of these yeast-raised confectionery baked goods. After baking, they are washed with liquid butter and sugared.
