Graduate Chemist (m/f), Division Research & Development

• Development of new, innovative products
• Optimization of existing product recipes
• Analytical and bakery-technological evaluation of raw material samples
• Sensory evaluation of the most diverse baked goods in collaboration with experienced master bakers and master confectioners
• Accompanying the processes from the trial phase to full-scale production

• Successfully completed degree in chemistry, food chemistry or a comparative qualification
• Ideally with an additional qualification as a baker (m/f) or confectioner (m/f)
• Creativity and the capability to find solutions to problems
• Specialist competence together with perseverance and determination
• Strong communication skills and power of persuasion

This is a full-time post with a remuneration which includes considerable additional benefits.
