Personnel Consultant International (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Administrative and technical support of the Head of Personnel
  • Taking charge of personnel administration and personnel supervision for a defined group of employees abroad
  • Correspondence with service providers and advisers within an international environment
  • Central contact for corresponding personnel-related questions
  • Preparation, monitoring and the further development of HR processes
  • Collaboration in HR reporting

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Management with the main focus on Personnel Management or completed commercial training with relevant further education
  • Several years of work experience of operative and strategic personnel work, ideally within a corporate environment together with knowledge of the processing of international staff deployment, especially of postings
  • Profound knowledge of the Labour, Social Insurance and Works Constitution laws
  • Language knowledge: German (CEF C1), English (CEF B2)
  • Assertiveness and strength of communication across all levels of hierarchy
  • Talent for organization as well as an effective, prioritizing and target-orientated work approach
