Tomorrow's specialists get started at IREKS

On 1 and 2 September 2021, 21 young people in ten different courses of training began their professional life at IREKS. Together with their parents, and divided into three groups due to the corona situation, the trainees spent their first work day in our company.

Being passionately curious, asking questions and contributing their diverse talents on a daily basis – this is what Managing Director Stefan Soiné recommended the new trainees at IREKS GmbH to do during his welcoming speech.

After being welcomed by the Management as well as the Personnel Management and the Works Council, the trainees took their first look behind the scenes at IREKS during a company tour through our baking ingredients production, our malthouses and laboratories and received further information about their training. This was followed by the most important part: getting to know the training teams and colleagues as well as initially familiarising themselves with their new workplace.

With the many impressions and pieces of information during their first days and weeks, it should be a simple task for our trainees to stay curious. In addition to their trainers and all employees, the second and third year trainees in particular are available to answer their questions as mentors. A first, casual opportunity for this was the joint trainee barbecue on 6 September 2021 on our company premises, which was also attended by our Managing Partner Hans Albert Ruckdeschel and Margit Ruckdeschel as well as Managing Director Stefan Soiné.

In the sense of a training in line with demand, IREKS is currently training a total of 78 young people, thus laying the foundation for the future success of our company.

We are very happy about the reinforcement and wish our specialists of tomorrow a good start in our company!
